Hatha Yoga is a simple & powerful sequence of Yoga Postures practiced with deep breathing.Its source is the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. The sequences are adapted to needs, ability and level. This practice involves no vinyasa and there is no one set sequence. Sequences of postures are created for each practice to suit the Student(s). It is a very deep, invigorating and calming practice. The emphasis in the classes varies and may be for example: hips opening, back bending, inversions, arm balances, alignment, grounding, flying… It is an exploration where, at the same time, we always work on all parts of the body.
