Created with the intention to share the teachings of Ashtanga Yoga as it is, Yogalondres offers 3 types of Classes:

– The Ashtanga Yoga classes follow the classical teachings of Pattabhi Jois with attention to the students strengths, need and abilities.

– The Hatha Yoga Classes are more free style, asanas focused classes.

Restorative Yoga Classes (Asanas and Breathing) are also taught which offer the chance to stretch and strengthen the body at a gentle and rejuvenating pace.
