Created with the intention to share the teachings of Ashtanga Yoga as it is, Yogalondres offers 3 types of Classes:
– The Ashtanga Yoga classes follow the classical teachings of Pattabhi Jois with attention to the students strengths, need and abilities.
– The Hatha Yoga Classes are more free style, asanas focused classes.
– Restorative Yoga Classes (Asanas and Breathing) are also taught which offer the chance to stretch and strengthen the body at a gentle and rejuvenating pace.
